Really effective

Been using it for 3 months now and I find it does a great job of keeping me focused on a handful of key goals. Nice job!

Best habit & goal app out there

Ive tried just about every habit app out there and Strides is by far the best. Highly customizable, loads of data to analyze yourself, and you can do daily habits AND track progress to goals all in the same place. Love it.

Couldn’t be better!

I wanted to start tracking my habits after reading Gretchen Rubin’s book Better than Before. I researched and tried out a variety of apps, and Strides was by far the most comprehensive, easiest to use, and most aesthetically pleasing. If you’re trying to motivate yourself to keep good habits (or kick bad ones), I can’t recommend Strides highly enough!

Awesome app for habit tracking

Ive tried other apps to keep track of my good and bad habits and this is the best. Easy to use just by swiping, and keeps track of your stats like average times per week you have completed an activity, and even tells you if you are on track for meeting a goal by a certain date. Love this app - it has helped me meet many of my habit related goals.

Best of its kind

I have used many different apps for tracking habits. I like how Strides provides me with a weekly and daily summaries.

Most versatile for tracking of habits and goals!

Strides has enabled me to keep myself accountable in maintaining good habits and reaching my goals. Ive tried a few other comparative apps but none have the same versatility and flexibility in tracking many different types of habits and goals as Strides does. Favourite features: - Flexible tracking of habits (over daily, weekly, monthly, yearly periods) with added ability to track progress to goals like average or target amounts. - Can add up multiple logs to a total per period. Most apps only allow you to log something as Done/ Not Done. Strides allows you to log multiple amounts per day/ week/ month and then adds up these up to give you your total for the period and your average for the last weeks. This is my favourite feature. - Great graphs that make it easy to track progress and spot patterns. - Clean user interface makes it easy to log. - Today view (Pro) - allows me to focus only on what I am tracking that day which is key when youre tracking multiple habits/ goals over different periods of time. - Exporting (Pro) I highly recommend Strides Pro!

Amazing tracking app!

This app is an amazing app. No clutter with unnecessary stats, just the numbers you need to keep yourself motivates. Beautiful graphics and GUI, combined with stupendous functionality. Thanks for a great app.

Doesnt work

The last Update isnt open at iph4s. !!!!

Very good for goal / habit tracking. Still has room for improvement

Overall very good application. Some improvement suggestions: - Seeing streak count on dashboard. - Deleting data entered by mistake seem not to work very well. Retrospective data entry could be made better (in terms of UI).

If you take it seriously it will help you horrendously in changing your habits.
