I wanted to start tracking my habits after reading Gretchen Rubin’s book Better than Before. I researched and tried out a variety of apps, and Strides was by far the most comprehensive, easiest to use, and most aesthetically pleasing. If you’re trying to motivate yourself to keep good habits (or kick bad ones), I can’t recommend Strides highly enough!
