Strides: Habit Tracker + Goals 应用的评论

Great tracker

I have been using this app for many years now to track study goals, habit goals and exercise. Parameters are set easily and adjusted easily. The research done in formulating the learning intervals is impressive.

Powerful tracker; waiting for key bug fix

Powerful and flexible habit tracker with great templates and easy customization. Supports tracking "do" and "don't" habits. There is however a critical defect where weekly "don't" habits (eg don't drink more than 3 alcoholic drinks) are incorrectly marked as a "Miss" even though the limit of 3 has not been exceeded. Lots of my habits are weekly so this is a real bummer until fixed.

Good but UI & UX IS OUTDATED

Good app does what you need, but it hasn’t changed fundamentally in the way it looks or functions since its inception, like 12 years ago. If the developer can revamp its look, and function, I really think this app has the potential to be the gold standard in its respective category.

No ability to track times

When are you going to add the ability to add run times in HH:MM:SS?

Ugh Idk

Im trying the free trial and would normally find this sort if thing intuitive but I'm already having frustrating issues. These two are why I won't buy: 1) you can set an action to be done by a date but milestones are necessary?? What if I just want to finish an educational course by the end of March with no milestone? If you can, it's not intuitive. 2) you can track the number of something which is great. I can track how many words I have learned. But no options milestones for this feature? I want to learn 5000 but that will take me a year minimum. Would be so obvious and easy to add. Will try a different app.

I hope all features are free

The best app

10/10

Literally the best app for habit tracking/breaking.

Superbly lovely helpful app!

Strides is the loveliest and best designed iOS app I've ever seen. Everything I want to do or change is easy, obvious, straightforward, and beautiful. This is by far the best habit tracker app I've found, and I've tried most of them by now.

Love this app

Highly customizable! There is a small learning curve. Doing the free companion goal setting course really made my goals more real to me, and still doing them 6 weeks after new year!

Simple but Detailed for FREE

Absolutely perfect for what I need it to do without any ads! I use the Projects and Bad Habit function the most. Originally I used TickTick's habit tracking but it was just too simple. This was a game changed. I'm considering going premium.

Great app and great support

The Strides app has been helpful for me to get on track with my habits. What'salso great is that the developer (Kyle R.) is very responsive and helpful with support issues!

Life changing App

Strides is an absolute game-changer for anyone serious about tracking habits, setting goals, and staying organized. The app combines an intuitive interface with powerful features that make goal-setting and progress tracking both easy and enjoyable.

The app won’t open

I used to like this app but now it won’t open and has not for several days. The only way to get help is through the app which won’t open. Not a helpful app anymore.

It takes so long to load

Nice to keep track and the features are good. But it takes several seconds for it to allow you to start logging

Not. User Friendly AT ALL!

Not at all helpful you suffer from severe ADD/Adhd symptoms. I 100% regret every penny I spent on this app? !

easy to use, great widget

this app is super easy to use- i like adding notes to my goals. it’s also nice to be able to view my goals on a calendar and see a list view of my notes. you do only get 3 goals with the free version but honestly 3 is the perfect amount for the widget anyways

Refund

I want a refund the app doesn’t work as expected and I’m not happy with it

Amazing customer service. Great ethics, explanation, and communication.

I really enjoy the app, but I am most impressed by the customer service during a short lived charge concern. Kyle responded immediately to my concern, gave good feedback that did not sound scripted, and followed through on his verbal assurances. Great ethics and communication. Very impressed.

Useful

Free version is enough

Solid

Simple list, quick to update, helps me stay accountable.

Goal setting

This app is perfect. I am able to set the goals I want for the year and keep track. It’s nice to see growth as I am on my journey. And it’s a free app ! Woo!

Tops in the Field

Continues to be my go-to app for goal and habit tracking. Easy to use, flexible and visually appealing. Great app.

Simple and effective

Easy simple interface. Love it!!

Needs better filter options for Calendar View

Hi, I love the app and want to buy fully but I would like to filter down the calendar view in the reports section to each specific habit. Thanks

Improved my life

This app is simple, easy to use, and is able to track not just habits but exercise and financial goals. I love it for creating a daily checklist and love that it connects to my Apple Watch.

Finally what I have been missing

Keep it coming guys. Every human needs goal accountability and this is what you’ve been looking for!

Great App to Keep Track of Goals!

I love the customization of the goals. The app interface is nice and user friendly as well. I love that you can look at each individual goal and see how you have kept up and write notes if you missed a day. Definitely work the price.

I accidentally submitted 2 stars sorry

Good app so far I can track my goals for free and that’s what I was looking for

Good

Love it, however i would like to see an option to turn off "streaks" and to not have to see how many weeks in a row you have missed your goal amount for your habits for the week. I like to keep track of my habits and log them, such as my workouts, but i don't really want to see the streak aspect of it as it can be distracting or discouraging when I only use the app to log my habits normally.

A Truly Exceptional App with Outstanding Support

I’ve been using this app for some time now, and I absolutely love the concept and execution. It’s innovative, user-friendly, and has added so much value to my daily life. Thank you for creating such a great app and for your amazing approach to supporting users. I highly recommend this app to anyone looking for something truly unique and valuable!

So many options

Easy to track different types of habits and control the reminders. Just as pushy as I need it to be.

Good

Good

Keeping Me on Track

I’ve been wanting to track goals and this has been the best I’ve done with this app!

Keeping track of those hours!

I’m using it to keep track of my hours for my license. It’s great! Keeps me on track!

Great app

I was looking for a habit tracker with measurable activities like how many pages I read or miles I run. Hopefully, in the future you will add a feature to see a total amount in 30, 60, 180 days and a year, not just “on average”

Ideas for Improvement

- On Apple Watch, it would be nice if the “Today” screen had a progress bar for every tracker like the Reports screen does. I use the Reports screen exclusively instead of the Today screen because of this, but it can get confusing because tasks not due today still show up there. - On iPhone, on the Today screen, swiping left and right on the calendar at the top feels wonky. The calendar should slide easily and have a more elastic feeling. Right now it feels difficult swipe to an earlier date to view because of this. - On iPhone in the Reports screen, and then calendar, it would be nice if you could tap on specific dates to see what you did that day. - On iPhone, in the reports screen, under Progress, I can filter by Due Today. It would be nice if there was also a progress bar here like the standard Reports screen does. - For projects, even if I completed every task in a project a week ago, it still shows up on my Today list and I can’t do anything with it. What am I supposed to do with that? Just archive it? Just wondering.

Great Application!

Keeps me focused on my goals daily.

Lock Screen entry log no longer work

This app has been my favorite habit app, waiting for it to support Android to upgrade to life time member. But since last update the long press in Lock Screen to log a habit no longer work. After long pressing and selecting log yes, the habit is still empty in the app. Please fix this!

The Best Tracking App

The only tracking app I’ve stuck with - even ended up getting the lifetime membership. Simple, straightforward UI that still does nearly everything with responsive devs. Definitely give it a try on the trial; betting you’ll like it.

So much potential but the app is too rigid

The UI could be way more aesthetic. The current UI makes it feel so lifeless and dull. I also wish it would write data in Apple Health like if I log calories into Strides, it automatically goes to Apple Health. I would pay ridiculous amount of money for an app with that

Great For a Those With ADD

As an adult with severe ADD, I cannot tell you how much this has helped me.

Might quit over the new update

I paid for this app over a year ago, and I use it literally every day. Unfortunately, the latest update has added startup lag and an animation. I have dug through the settings, and there does not appear to be a way to disable this animation. I recently found another app that does enough of what this app does for me that I was already considering replacing this app as my habit app, and this latest update may have given me the final push that I needed to finally migrate off of strides.

Update logged me out

Only writing this since I can’t connect support through the app because it logged me out with yesterday’s update. It says that i don’t have anything saved on icloud which is not true. Can this be fixed, I really don’t want to start over. Otherwise the app is great!

Great free app for habit tracking

Enjoying this free app!!

Good app

Looks great for organizing tasks, learning how to use it.

Useful

I enjoy this app and it has helped me improve

Great for my needs

I only have one habit I want to track. It is for exercise, and this app checks with me every afternoon. and asks If I did it that day. For this simple task, the app is free. So I recommend it.

great app

super helpful! thank you!

Nag screen <> good app

I bet that I'm using the free version of the app. Up until recently there was no nag screen that came up after you completed your things. However, a recent version of the app has started to show a nag screen when you complete your activities. I completely respect that the app developer wants to make money. But the nag screen is new, and remarkably annoying. For years I've been using the free version of the app. And I love/respect the capabilities of the app. But the nag screen is not necessary. I might even consider paying money for the app. But I darn sure will not consider paying money for the app as long as the nag screen is still in place. You went years with the app not having a nag screen. Turn. It. Off. if you do, I will consider paying you. If you don't. I will not.
