Great except for pricing

I really enjoy everything about this app, except for how its priced. Id personally much rather pay to download it up front to be able to unlock all pro features than have a freemium model starting at $5/month. I feel some trepidation in jumping fully into using the app, since I know this ongoing payment wouldnt be worth it to me even if I really liked using the app more fully!

Invaluable

Great design and solid functionality. Just remember Peter Drucker, "What gets measured gets managed." Setting goals for my less automatic activities has really helped me to stay on top of them.

What an investment!

I cant believe how much better this app keeps getting. So many features keep rolling out. You can tell the developers truly care! Love the filters, helps organize all my trackers. I track everything!

Update

Overall the app is really good and simple to use. I like it a lot. It does exactly what it advertises. But the new update crashes every time I hold an item and tap on History. Please fix it ASAP because I love this app.

Less Obsessive Tracking for Habit Change

I recommend this app to my clients who are interested in changing their habits and behaviors. So many of these kinds of trackers have calories or counting numbers of steps that I believe create more obsession -- and burn out the goal setter. Tracker allows for behavior change that is realistic, forgiving, and growth enhancing. Its the only app that I recommend for this sort of work. My only criticism is that the red and green coloring sometimes makes my more self-punishing clients feel like a failure. Otherwise, well done!

Easy to use, keeps me on track

I’ve been using it for 3 types of tracking: - keep track of my good habits, e.g. exercise 5x per week, play my instrument 4x, …. It’s super easy to log an entry, and I like the simple feedback for being on track - you can also use it to keep track of bad habits, e.g don’t drink/snack more than x times a week. I find strides very simple for tracking such things. You can specify it’s a negative habit so that it displays differently than “positive” habits - keep track of project deadlines. This is useful for things I want to do but aren’t super urgent. I can set deadlines far enough in the future that I can keep my mind clear but know I’ll be reminded.

Best habit tracker

This is the best habit tracker Ive found on the App Store, hands down. Its helped me keep track of everything from sleep habits, to eating healthy, to word counts during NaNoWriMo. And I like the "streak" feature, it keeps me motivated to keep the momentum going. The guys who made the app keep updating and improving it and seem to genuinely care about their users. Ive already recommended this app to some friends and they love it. Get it, use it. It will improve your habits and make you a better person as a result.

Great tool

Ive been using Strides for a few months and if anything it has given me much needed visibility over my own productivity and those of my team members. No doubt, this additional data has played a key role in inspiring myself and the team to work at higher echelons of efficiency and responsibility. Would not have been possible without Strides. I also appreciate that they rolled out new features for power users without additional charge for early adopters.

Because of its no fuss set up & simplicity of use, this has been a very helpful app for setting new habits & tracking them. Or as a reminder of the things I want to accomplish daily/weekly. I actually use it!!- which is saying something considering the apps Ive tried & left behind.

Love this app! It helps me keep on track with my goals and habits. I’ve tried other similar apps, but this one is my favorite with it’s clean, intuitive interface. On the top of that, customer service is spectacular! They constantly improve the app with frequent updates. Highly recommend!

Best habit tracker ever!

Every feature you could want and more. I am more consistent and finally reaching my daily and weekly goals. Not only is Strides beautiful and user friendly but it actually helps you achieve your goals and develop good habits. Great app, great customer service, one of my favorite apps of all time.

A great tool for building new habits

I use Strides everyday to track my progress towards my new habits. I love how Strides shows my progress over time. The ability to set milestone goals is a big plus. Some graphics mis-alignments every now and then on my i-phone, but otherwise a terrific tool

Its a great app for habit tracking. Ive been using it for 4 months & dropped a bad habit after just a few weeks. They even gave me a free upgrade!

Helps me with my goals

This isn’t some overly complicated app. It’s exactly what it sets out to be and help keep me on track whether it’s trying to lose weight, finish a book by a certain time or be more productive. Definitely worth using if you like to track your progress in anything you set out to do.
